There's a positive trend to my results now and the end of INDUCTION Month 1 is now in sight !
From tomorrow platelets are being reduced to one bag a day, yesterday my Neutrophils were at 0.1 ( 1.0 is normal), I'm making my own way to the toilet (with the walking aid), my Physiotherapist was very encouraged by my progress, the 'point' pain from the ruptured ligament has disappeared, and having been advised that the medications would begin to be reduced in about 5 days time, they are halving one of the IV Antibiotics from tomorrow!
Shame the alarm on the IV pump kept going off all night stopping me from having a decent nights sleep, leaving me knackered today !
Keep up the good work. WELL DONE YOU getting about on your own. Hope you have a better night's sleep tonight buddy. I'm going to sleep well for sure. Family tea party for Liam's birthday today. He's done VERY well with presents. Took him to see his foster Mum this morning and made her day! Iojo had a "reading afternoon" so we went to school this afternoon. That made Iojo's day, showing off his little brother to his mates. So good but knackering day here at Splott. Sending masses of luv (as always) XXxx
ReplyDeleteYou must be really chuffed that you can get to the toilet under your own steam, :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear the treatment is going well, hope you manage to get more sleep in the coming days.
I am off out tonight to a benefit gig to support supplies from Swansea to Gaza (i have some very brave friends, who risk their lives to take supplies to Gaza)
Take care now love and hugs xx
that's great!
ReplyDeleteI'll be seeing you the week after next.
