Terrible Day

Completely wrecked after third night of diahorrea, followed by day in bed 'spiking' temperature with chills and shakes. Managed to hold out against four o clock episode and bring temperature down, but across the day seem to have lost the use of my legs......apparently a result of loosing so much salts and electrolytes.

    Awwww, Si. I hope you are starting to feel better soon, you must knackered losing all that sleep and It must of been really scary not being able to use your legs, I hope your electrolytes and salt levels have been sorted, big love and healing hugs xxx Kay

    Phone is on charge - so no text possible atm to Dai. Did email you earlier and really hope things are improving this evening...thoughts with you constantly. Stay focussed on getting home to sit in the garden and listen to the birds/watch the garden flourish once more...........
