Woke after good nights sleep, ate breakfast of Hospital Branflakes, had full wash at sink (it's Specialists round this afternoon, and DIDN'T want them in a stinky room), then sat down to read and check my mail and started shivering and yawning.
Called nurse, and Dr Jenny,who wa surprised that it had come on so quickly, I suggested food poisoning, and after she left, called Dai and then promptly emptied my stomach. Followed my my bowels twice and my stomach again.
So with low blood pressure and a temperature of 39.6 the cavalry have been called in : antibiotics, fluid, blood, platelets and hourly obs.......EXCEPT.......IM FEELING RECOVERED ALREADY......seems Kellogs and the NHS have conspired against me!
