Have been getting accustomed to a new routine after my second full day, and all has seemed trouble free until I developed and itchy rash on my arms (allergic reaction to the Campaf treated with additional 'Piriton ' antihistamine)......hmmmmm.
Otherwise, day as follows :
06.30 Obs, Vitamin K IV and blood samples
07.30 Oral meds and weight check
08.30 BREAKFAST
09.30 Ondansetron IV ( antisickness) and 24hr fluid balance sheet completed
10.00 Pentamidine nebuliser (not daily)
10.30 Fludarabine IV (30 mins)
11.30 Steroid IV (30 mins)
12.00 LUNCH
12.30 Oral meds, antihistamine IV and Campaf IV (4-6 hours)
13.00 Consultant and Doctors visit (Fridays)
13.30 MIKE ARRIVES !
17.00 SUPPER
19.00 Weight check and 12 hr Fluid balance sheet intermediate account
20.00 MIKE LEAVES!
22.00 Oral meds and Obs
